Ensure the maintenance and continuity of all modules and functionalities of the Newcon ERP;
Handle and manage support tickets related to the Consortium business and the Newcon ERP, both internally and with the vendor;
Conduct studies of existing configurations and functionalities that may meet requests, and report/advise the involved areas about existing features that can fulfill the requirements;
Management and acceptance testing (homologation) of the Newcon ERP system;
Participate in projects related to the Newcon ERP;
Administration of access to the Newcon ERP;
Control and management of Newcon ERP packages and releases (Sequential, Market, and Branch/Versions);
Perform testing/homologation in modules or functionalities of low-to-medium complexity;
Conduct internal or external benchmarking to gather knowledge and experience related to the Consortium business;
Participate in events related to new legal/mandatory requirements, functionalities, or business evolution;
Participate in activities related to innovation.
Requirements
Higher Education completed in one of the following fields: Administration, Accounting, Economics, Financial Management, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, Computer Engineering, Computer Networks, Telecommunications Management, Databases, Systems Development, or Information Technology Management;
Experience with the Newcon system;
PL/SQL – intermediate knowledge in creating queries;
Intermediate Excel;
Knowledge of and experience with ITIL best practices.
