• Responsible for translating client requirements into scalable technical solutions on top of our platform.
• Design solutions that balance client needs with our platform standards, ensuring integrations are robust, reusable, and scalable.
• Work closely with the Business Product Owner during client onboarding projects while focusing on technical discovery, solution design, and integration architecture.
• Identify patterns across implementations and promote reusable approaches to strengthen the platform.
