• As a Business Product Owner you will be a mini-CEO for one of the products in our portfolio.
• You will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining our product's market leadership, driving product expansion, and enhancing its operational efficiency.
• Together with the Product Owner, define a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with our company goals and ensures that our offerings not only meet current customer demands but also anticipate future market shifts.
• Assess potential new markets, customer segments, and product features that can drive expansion and increase our market presence.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with engineering, sales & marketing, and other teams to ensure that our Go Lives are executed efficiently, enabling us to capture new opportunities swiftly and effectively.
• Analyse existing product workflows and implement improvements to enhance product efficiency and reduce time-to-market.
• Keep a close eye on cost structures to identify opportunities for savings without compromising product quality.
• Streamline customer support processes, utilizing feedback and data to improve response times and overall customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as the main point of contact for them within the company.
• Engage with customers to understand their business goals, pain points, and product usage and turn their feedback into actionable insights that drive targeted solutions, optimise their experience, and ensure long-term success.
• Continuously monitor customer health scores and proactively reach out to address potential concerns before they arise.
• Analyse feedback, monitor market trends, and conduct competitive analysis & market research to identify opportunities for product improvements and process optimisations.

Backend Engineer

• As a Senior Backend Engineer focusing on microservice architecture, you will take ownership of designing, developing, and optimising scalable, resilient microservices that power our core platform.
• Develop scalable and efficient microservices using Java Spring Boot and Golang
• Manage and maintain the software infrastructure using IaC, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and availability of our backend services.
• Collaborate on system architecture and database structure design, contributing to high-level decisions that impact the scalability and performance of our applications.
• Plan and execute security measures and strategies to ensure high availability and resilience of backend systems.
• Identify, document, and communicate technical enhancements within your area of responsibility, driving continuous improvement in backend processes.
• Mentor and support Junior Engineers by sharing your expertise and best practices in modern backend development, distributed systems, and containerization.
