About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Make a lasting impact by driving the company’s growth through strategic client acquisition and relationship building.
  • Utilize cold calling, personalized emails, networking, and industry events to generate sales opportunities.
  • Develop and implement scalable sales processes and procedures to support company growth.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients, highlighting the unique value proposition of our software solution.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to ensure our software meets client needs and stays ahead of the competition.
  • Create a structured, professional sales strategy that aligns with the company’s values and mission.
  • Execute sales strategies, including identifying target clients, building sales pipelines, and closing deals.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers and develop a deep understanding of their business needs, processes, and pain points.
  • Produce regular reports on sales performance and pipeline status.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure profitable deals for the company.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You are a native German speaker and fluent in English.
  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
  • You have 5+ years of experience in B2B sales (ideally SaaS), with a proven track record of selling complex, high-value software solutions.
  • You possess strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the value of our software to C-level executives.
  • You have strong negotiation and closing skills, with a proven record of securing high-value contracts.
  • You can work independently and collaboratively, are results-oriented, and have a passion for driving revenue growth.
  • You have prior professional experience in startups, consulting firms, or other fast-paced environments.
  • You can thoroughly understand and analyze complex client processes, systems, and operations to ensure proper product implementation.
  • You have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • You are based in Munich and are able to work from our Munich office at least three days per week.
  • You are experienced with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot and can use data to drive decision-making and optimize the sales process.
