About the role

  • Support the marketing team with event operations for internal and external events
  • Support digital marketing automation strategies, audiences, content, launch, tracking, and analysis
  • Support internal and external email content creation (newsletters, event invites, promotional emails)
  • Project management and quarterly maintenance of collateral and thought leadership projects
  • Support LinkedIn content production, posting, and advertising
  • Support production of the Breakthrough Work Podcast
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Strong communication and follow-up skills with an aptitude for detail
  • Strong project management skills
  • An entrepreneurial and growth mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to include a proactive, service-focused attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A high motivation to learn while taking direction and absorbing information quickly
  • Good research and problem-solving skills
  • An interest in marketing, communications, and research
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and marketing CRM tools is a plus but not required
  • Advanced knowledge of generative AI prompting, tools, and potential
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of LinkedIn
  • Basic knowledge of podcast or webinar production
  • The ability to travel occasionally to our Lehi, UT office
  • An interest or background in finance, accounting, or software is a plus
