💰 $75,000 - $95,000 per year

About the role

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a seamless process.
  • Maintain accurate data in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and generate relevant reports.
  • Act as a primary or secondary contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring clear communication and positive candidate experience.
  • Assist in sourcing candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases.
  • Post and monitor job opportunities on various career websites.
  • Assist with tracking metrics and performance of the hiring cycle.
  • Regularly communicate status and results.
  • Collaborate with Recruiting Director, HR, and hiring managers on recruitment operations, keeping processes aligned with organizational goals.
  • Respond to inquiries from candidates and the internal CX stakeholders promptly.
  • Help with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.
  • Handle confidential and non-routine data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in human resources, business administration, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role or HR-related administrative position
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, systems, and tools
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS systems
  • Exceptional verbal, written communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to dynamic recruitment needs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Workday Recruiting (is a plus), and familiarity with social media recruitment strategies
