About the role
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a seamless process.
- Maintain accurate data in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and generate relevant reports.
- Act as a primary or secondary contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring clear communication and positive candidate experience.
- Assist in sourcing candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases.
- Post and monitor job opportunities on various career websites.
- Assist with tracking metrics and performance of the hiring cycle.
- Regularly communicate status and results.
- Collaborate with Recruiting Director, HR, and hiring managers on recruitment operations, keeping processes aligned with organizational goals.
- Respond to inquiries from candidates and the internal CX stakeholders promptly.
- Help with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.
- Handle confidential and non-routine data.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role or HR-related administrative position
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, systems, and tools
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS systems
- Exceptional verbal, written communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt to dynamic recruitment needs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Workday Recruiting (is a plus), and familiarity with social media recruitment strategies
