About the role

  • Lead the continued growth of high-performing creators on the platform
  • Identify, engage, and recruit performance-driven creators through affiliate partnerships
  • Build a pipeline of high-value creators and develop compelling offers
  • Position ShopYourLikes as the platform that helps creators maximize earnings
  • Begin as a hands-on operator, directly recruiting creators and fostering relationships
  • Develop strategy, infrastructure, and team to scale a high-performing creator acquisition engine

Requirements

  • 8+ years in the creator economy, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or social commerce
  • Proven sales and business development instincts, with experience closing partnerships and driving pipeline
  • Experience recruiting and partnering with commerce-driven creators
  • Strong understanding of affiliate monetization, conversion dynamics, and creator earnings models
  • Deep understanding of the creator landscape, including the conferences, events, and meet ups that matter most
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage a pipeline, including sourcing, outreach, and conversion tracking
  • Strong relationship-building skills with both creators and internal leadership
