About the role

  • - **Relationship Stewardship:** Acting as the primary point of contact to build and maintain deep, lasting partnerships with our UK publishers.
  • - **Strategic Growth:** Optimizing account performance to ensure publishers consistently achieve their strategic goals and maximize their ROI.
  • - **Insight-Led Consulting:** Creating and analyzing performance reports to monitor progress and present data-driven recommendations during business reviews.
  • - **Retention & Expansion:** Reviewing existing relationships to identify risks and implement optimization strategies that increase account health and lifetime value.
  • - **Onboarding Excellence:** Managing the integration of new publishers, ensuring a seamless transition and fast platform adoption.
  • - **Account Hygiene:** Setting up, monitoring, and logging progress through internal systems and Excel to maintain a clear record of account health and milestones.
  • - **Industry Advocacy:** Representing the company at conferences and industry events to stay ahead of trends and better serve your portfolio.

Requirements

  • - Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification.
  • - Proven experience in Account Management or Client Success, preferably with a large publisher or an ad-tech platform.
  • - Solid understanding of various online marketing channels (Performance, Display, PPC, SEO) to better consult with partners.
  • - Strong comfort level working with cross-functional technical teams to resolve partner issues or implement new features.
  • - Fluent in English with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • **Desired Experience: **
  • - 3+ years of relevant work experience in marketing, digital advertising, ad-tech, or consulting.
  • - Experience in **portfolio management** and executing long-term account growth strategies.
  • - A track record of contributing at both strategic (long-term planning) and operational (day-to-day execution) levels.
  • - Advanced analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making and performance reporting.
