About the role

  • The Program Manager/Service Delivery Manager is responsible for delivering value and ensuring the success of interactions with partners.
  • Works in partnership with Service Delivery teams to create an excellent customer experience for end-customers and business partners and ensure ever-improving customer support.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience working with NetSuite or similar ERP systems, with a focus on data management and integration.
  • Certifications: NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant or equivalent certification in other ERP systems.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of ERP modules, data migration, and reporting tools; proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
  • Project Management: Proven track record of successfully managing ERP implementation or upgrade projects.
  • Ability to manage projects and processes independently with limited supervision.
  • Advanced knowledge of applicable work area.
  • Ability to situationally adapt and understand new technology/processes as per business and partner requirements.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with various audiences.
  • High levels of patience with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
