About the role

  • Manage highly responsive day-to-day direct client contact by responding to client requests or initiating contacts to ensure execution and delivery of ConnectiveRx solutions
  • Develop client-facing communications including marketing and sales representations and account status updates
  • Complete Requests for Proposals and Statements of Work with guidance from Business Development executive
  • Gather information from internal resources and ensure completion and review by appropriate approvers/decisionmakers
  • Provide input into the annual renewal process
  • Coordinate program setup with various internal teams and clients and monitor/report on program performance
  • Develop and share account activity/status updates, reporting, and invoicing
  • Develop and run reports on financials or performance and analyze outputs to recommend actionable steps for clients or ConnectiveRx
  • Contribute to account management strategy and recommend sales planning/revenue growth and process or service improvements
  • Develop client presentations and participate in client presentations
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years in account management with client relationship management responsibility or related sales experience in life sciences or related healthcare service provider industry
  • Strong knowledge of and ability to complete Request for Proposals (RFP)
  • Strong knowledge of contracting processes and ability to route Statement of Work (SOW), Purchase Orders (POs), Insertion Orders (IOs)
  • Broad knowledge of target marketing, preferably in the healthcare related fields of affordability products, services and client brand strategy
  • Working knowledge of Med Legal Review (MLR) process
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate to expert level of Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proactive, results-driven, and self-motivated
  • Able to effectively prioritize deliverables across time zones and multiple geographies and manage time
