About the role
- Drive the vision, strategy, and execution of enterprise-wide analytics and AI initiatives.
- Partner with executive and clinical leaders to integrate analytics and modeling into decision-making, operations, and innovation.
- Build and lead a high-performing team of data scientists, analysts, and AI specialists.
Requirements
- Education: Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated success in healthcare analytics and modeling.
- Preferred: Doctorate in one of the aforementioned fields. Two (2) to three (3) years of experience working with complex systems issues such as patient safety, quality, strategic initiatives, or operational projects. Two (2) to three (3) years of experience teaching or developing curriculum in statistics or advanced modeling.
