Data Engineer

• Software Development: Contribute to internal tools and platforms to improve reliability, data visibility, and operational workflows.
• Uptime & Monitoring Systems: Manage development of features and integrations that enhance fault detection, alerting, and automated diagnostics across the estate.
• Data Engineering & Analysis: Assist in building and maintaining pipelines to collect, clean, and analyse data from our network. Support insights into uptime, performance, and user behaviour along side our dedicated data team.

Mechanical Engineer

• Produce detailed electrical designs, including schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings, 3D layouts using SolidWorks Electrical and SolidWorks Mechanical.
• Carry out electrical calculations, including load analysis, cable sizing, protection coordination, and fault current evaluation.
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant UK and international standards (e.g., BS 7671, IET Code of Practice for Electric Vehicle Charging Equipment Installation (5th Edition), IEC standards, applicable British Standards).
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, reports, bills of materials (BOMs), and change records.
• Participate in design reviews, providing technical insight and supporting cross‑functional collaboration.
• Work closely with mechanical, software, testing (Test labs) and manufacturing teams to ensure design compatibility and smooth project delivery.
• Support prototyping, build phases, testing, and commissioning activities as required.
• Assist in evaluating suppliers, components, and technologies to support innovation and continuous improvement and design for scale and mass production (Reduce cost, increase quality and reduce time)
• Ensure all design work adheres to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements and good practice
• Provide technical support during product lifecycle, including troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis.

Electrical Design Engineer

Manager

• Over seeing contractors on all aspects of the installation process
• Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems while observing all statutory and legal requirements
• On site commissioning and remote support to manage comms with CKs operating systems
• Run tests on electrical components to ensure a safe and effective installation
• Inspect electrical systems and equipment for any damage, malfunctions, and safety hazards
• Provide professional assessments and advice for customers and provide 2nd line support
• Fault finding and diagnosis and reporting
• Provide support on research and development testing activities
• Complete full and detailed site surveys
• Custom circuit design
• Ensuring all accidents, incidents, near misses and non-conformances are fully reported
• Work in the field to ensure excellent service for customers

EV Electrician – Installation Manager

Project Manager

• Manage Install Partner payments: raise purchase orders, receipt invoices and resolve financial queries ensuring accuracy and timely processing
• Prepare and present slide decks for monthly Install Partner Performance meetings
• Maintain and update Project CRM with site-related information including Change Requests, Risk Register updates and Issue logs
• Support preparation tracking and governance of Work Package Orders
• Prepare project schedules detailed reports and Excel trackers for monitoring progress budgets and risks
• Ensure compliance standards across project documentation and processes and review Install Partner quality competencies with Health & Safety Manager
• Track Installed not Commissioned Sites and provide fortnightly information to Customer Service team
• Collate delivery team news for the monthly Arcade newsletter
• Act as central coordination point between delivery partners clients and internal stakeholders
