• Monitor relevant technical legislation, regulatory requirements and industry standards relating to EV charging, electric vehicle supply equipment, energy, consumer protection.
• Develop and maintain technical compliance policies, procedures and governance controls.
• Maintain technical compliance risk registers and support mitigation plans with other cross functional business owners.
• Coordinate compliance assurance activities, including audits, inspections and independent verification by internal teams and third parties.
• Maintain compliance evidence and documentation to demonstrate regulatory adherence.
• Support statutory product reporting and regulatory submissions.
• Monitor emerging technical legislation, consultations and regulatory developments, highlighting potential business impacts.

Technical Compliance and Regulatory Manager

General

• Inspecting construction works including conducting audits and comparing it with project drawings and specifications.
• Ensure that construction works adheres to all safety regulations and that all activities prioritise safety.
• Advise on technical issues where required.
• Liaising with installers and surveyors.
• Produce regular reports to update the client and business.
• Identify and document any discrepancies between the work and the project specifications and ensure they are rectified.
• Work with the HSQC Department to ensure all health and safety, legal, construction and quality requirements are met.
• Certify all works in line with health, safety and quality requirements.
• Quality of works approval for payment.
• Attend key meetings with Installation Partners, DNO and other relevant external parties to provide support and technical advice.

Site Supervisor

Payroll

• Administer and process monthly payroll using IRIS, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Manage PAYE, National Insurance, pensions, Benefits in Kind, and P11D reporting
• Process statutory payments (SSP, SMP, SAP, SPP) and perform manual calculations where required
• Process court orders, deductions, and payroll adjustments
• Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure reconciliation processes are completed
• Ensure compliance with HMRC requirements and statutory deadlines
• Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, changes, and offboarding
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within Charlie HR
