• To be an inspirational leader and provide strategic direction and operational management to the Tactical Operations function.
• Lead and deliver ambitious Site Adoption Strategy, ensuring provision of high-quality, energy-efficient charge points.
• Responsible for strategic improvements, guidance and leadership to enhance maintenance services, ensuring value for money, excellent customer services, high safety standards, and best practices.
• Drive outstanding performance and quality throughout tactical operations services, technology, and delivery functions.
• Ensure contractors operate in accordance with the company vision and values to deliver outstanding services.
• Implement plans for the effective adoption and installation of charge points in line with agreed budgets and timescales.
• Start up and lead the strategic development and operational management of the Tactical Operations Team.
• Ensure tactical operations plan supports the Business Plan objectives.
• Develop, lead, and deliver operational improvements across maintenance and repairs to ensure KPIs are achieved.
• Ensure procurement of goods and services for the tactical operations function is carried out transparently and meets all guidance.
• Take responsibility for leadership in statutory compliance, network health, and site adoption.
• Provide support for strategic projects as directed by the Chief Network Operations Manager.
• Responsible for management frameworks and reporting to ensure oversight of tactical operations areas.
• Take responsibility for site adoption governance and processes, ensuring obligations to customers and stakeholders are met.
• Be accountable for supporting agreed Installation targets (KPI) and effectiveness of site Adoption.
• Lead on commissioning of all installed sockets closely with the delivery team.
• Implement processes and procedures for successful completion of tasks by the Tactical operations team.
• Collaborate with account management and delivery teams to improve customer satisfaction levels.
• Maintain procedures and policies covering operations and planning.
• Manage third-party suppliers' services to drive continuous improvement.
• Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and flexibility.
• Ensure quality systems are in place and data is processed per policies.
• Support development of partnerships within operations function and wider business.
• Ensure performance management and succession planning is in place for the team.
• Identify and prioritize staff development and training needs.
• Ensure accurate management information is available covering all areas of the Asset Adoption Programme.
• Work with Heads of Department to ensure joined up service delivery.
• Play a central role in forward planning and strategy development.

You will collaborate with senior management to evaluate the impact of the Company's ESG initiatives, mapping our progress towards net-zero and sustainability excellence.
• You will be responsible for keeping abreast of developments in the sector and of changing standards and you may represent the business at conferences and events. Your actions will directly influence the strategy of the business, so it is a key role.

• · Aiming for the extraordinary – We want to strive to be an industry leader in uptime and reliability. You will work within the customer service and operation teams to contribute to ensuring we deliver the best possible service to our clients and customers
• · We are an 24/7 operation assisting customers at all times of the day – so flexibility is an integral part of the role
• · Delivering an exceptional customer service - We want our customers to feel valued and listened too. You will be communicating with customers by email and phone answering their queries and resolving any issues they have.
• · Ensuring the Connected Kerb Network is reliable and we are meeting out KPI’s on uptime and utilisation.

Customer Service Support Coordinator

• Delivering project / Work Package Orders to accepted cost, programme & quality
• Follow the e2e Design & Build process, covering all aspects of how projects are planned and executed
• Responsible for Health, Safety & Environment aspects across allocated projects including assurance of CDM and related activities
• Support the PMO team in defining, estimating, planning and developing the projects through each Work Package Order
• Work with the Site Supervisor to ensure all sites are completed safely and to the high standards required from Connected Kerb
• Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with Install Partners to enable the delivery of the Work Package Orders
• Drive the Work Package Surveys and Designs to CK engineering specification/ design standards with quotes submitted to governance processes
• Work with all Install Partners to ensure an appropriate risk mitigation plan is in place for all Work Package Orders
• Promote a culture of pro-activity, innovation, transparency, collaboration and flexibility in all aspects of the work of Project Delivery
• Ensure CK’s Quality 3 Lines of Defence are adopted for quality across the delivery programme
• Provide appropriate and accurate management information to all those who need it, covering all areas within the remit of Project Delivery
• Ensure that Projects are delivered in a cost effective and financially sustainable manner against targets agreed with Senior Delivery Manager
