About the role
- Apply AI and a data driven approach to proactively identify improvement opportunities, design, and implement automation and self-service solutions while measuring results
- Global Enablement Lead for People Operations, Shared Services, and Talent Coordination by standardizing and documenting training, support change management, and standardize playbooks to drive consistent global adoption
- Partner with globally distributed and highly cross-functional teams to scope and drive project outcomes in a highly collaborative approach.
- Develop clear and cohesive project plans, managing all stakeholders and deliverables according to timelines, to ensure we deliver on these key priorities.
- Update and maintain knowledge and knowledge governance to ensure clean data for AI consumption
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in business or a related field with 7+ years of experience in HR operations.
- Demonstrated experience building a culture of excellence and accountability by driving consistent, streamlined, and automated People Operations processes across the globe.
- Experience with Workday business process design; including business requirements documentation and project management
- Extremely process and detail oriented with the ability to drive projects to completion.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels within the organization and to simplify complex topics for broad audience.
