Build a deep understanding of our sales motion by analyzing current processes, identifying key stakeholders, and gathering insights on customer journeys.
Build GTM plans for prioritized motions, including defining target audiences, messaging, and informing the strategy for content, channels, events, etc.
Orchestrate GTM activities across the company by coordinating efforts between product, marketing, sales, enablement and sales acceleration teams to ensure a unified and effective approach.
Enable Sales teams with crisp guidance and playbooks that provide clear instructions, best practices, and resources to effectively sell our products.
Be the go to person for health of GTM, regularly monitoring performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and reporting on progress to leadership.
Requirements
10+ years in Product Marketing (enterprise, developer, data, or infrastructure products strongly preferred).
3+ years leading PMM teams with a proven ability to coach, develop, and scale high-performing talent.
Owner mindset with end to end thinking around all aspects of GTM - messaging, content creation, sales enablement, sales plays orchestration, web content, events, etc.
Orientation around revenue outcomes and not just activities. First principles thinking around what truly matters.
Track record of supporting sales-led motions in an enterprise software company.
Good storytelling skills both for the technical practitioner audience as well as the economic buyers and decision makers.
Strong executive presence and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with almost daily interlock with multiple teams - Sales, Product, enablement, other teams within marketing.
Leading through influence at all levels of the organization.
