About the role

Requirements

  • Licensed attorney in Massachusetts or Pennsylvania.
  • 5–7+ years’ legal experience, including time at a major U.S. law firm in a transactional practice.
  • Extensive experience drafting and negotiating corporate and commercial contracts.
  • Working with a broad range of client contracts and procurement agreements, particularly B2B technology and information‑related contracts.
  • Identifying and resolving contractual and business risks.
  • Managing multiple negotiations and a high‑volume contract pipeline with clear prioritisation.
  • Producing clear, effective contracts, amendments, addenda, exhibits and customer communications.
  • Balancing fast‑paced commercial priorities with long‑term risk considerations.
  • Excellent organisational, analytical and communication skills, with the ability to articulate and defend positions, produce efficient redlines and guide agreements to closure.
  • Knowledge of data and software licensing, intellectual property, privacy, employment and commercial contract law is preferred, but not essential.
