About the role
- Manage the entire sales process, including prospecting, qualifying, proposing, negotiating, and closing PDES opportunities.
- Cultivate credible, long-term relationships with prospects and customers to encourage repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed assigned quarterly sales revenue targets (recognized and collected).
- Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and timely records of contact and opportunity information.
- Identify and develop new accounts while expanding business within existing accounts.
- Attend and represent the company at various business and industry meetings, conferences and trade shows.
- Implement a comprehensive channel and partner strategy with multipoint lead generation to maximize outreach.
- Leverage existing networks and alliances to uncover additional sales opportunities.
- Set customer expectations consistent with Happiest Minds’ service offerings and delivery capabilities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Sales Hunting with focus in Mfg Clients.
- Proven track record in IT services sales with a focus on software solutions and services.
- Strong understanding of the local market and a well-established network of industry connects.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to Travel extensively
