Account Executive

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts, including cold outreach, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and professional networking
• Target meeting, conference, and event planners within associations, nonprofits, and corporate organizations
• Educate prospects on Event Alchemē and Story Alchemē services, clearly communicating value, use cases, and outcomes
• Qualify prospects, identify decision-makers, and guide leads through the sales process from initial outreach to close
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and track outreach, conversations, and deal progress
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff once a client is closed
• Represent Conference Innovations professionally and consistently across all client interactions
• Meet or exceed personal revenue goals through disciplined outbound activity and follow-up
