About the role

  • Directly support leadership in building the commercial front for HR software solutions.
  • Learn about and explore HR technology platforms, understanding features, differentiators, and practical applications.
  • Support prospecting activities, social selling, and relationship-building with potential clients.
  • Participate in developing commercial strategies, sales messaging, and defining the ideal customer profile.
  • Create and update commercial proposals related to the software solutions.
  • Support marketing activities, including campaign ideas, sales materials, and positioning initiatives.
  • Assist in organizing and executing events, meetups, and customer acquisition activities.
  • Produce commercial and institutional materials, such as Canva presentations, copy, and communications.
  • Support the organization of the sales funnel, tracking contacts, learnings, and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
  • Proficient with Canva and comfortable creating presentations and visual materials.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High affinity for technology and an ability to learn new platforms and systems quickly.
  • Curious, proactive, organized, and genuinely eager to learn by doing.
  • **Preferred (nice-to-have):**
  • Interest in consultative sales, technology, or B2B solutions.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or commercial/sales tools.
  • Interest in marketing, content, or events.
