• Investigating and resolving technical issues with our product for our customers, escalating complex cases when necessary
• Implementing fixes for issues, working alongside product engineering where necessary
• Proactively identifying and implementing features across our platform to increase the ability for customers and our support engineers to effectively identify and resolve problems
• Identifying and communicating customer feedback to relevant internal teams, helping to shape product improvements
• Meeting and exceeding key performance metrics, including response times and customer satisfaction scores

Enterprise Account Executive

Sales Engineer

• Collaborating closely with our sales team to demonstrate and communicate the value of Conduktor throughout the sales cycle, from demo to proof of concept to design and implementation
• Diving into client challenges to recommend how our platform can improve their data streaming processes
• Participating in sales meetings and presentations, and providing training to our sales team on the technical aspects of our products or services
• Staying up to date with new opportunities, industry developments and competitive and complementary technologies; using this knowledge to identify how Conduktor’s products or services can meet customer needs, and to provide input on product strategy to our technical teams
• Assisting in technical onboarding and providing support during the trial phases
• Creating technical content (presentations, documentation, etc.) that shows off the value of our platform.

Solutions Engineer

• Lead the onboarding of new enterprise customers and ensure successful adoption of Conduktor’s product suite
• Guide customers through essential lifecycle activities, from architecture planning and high availability design to deployment, automation, monitoring, upgrade strategies, and migrations
• Deliver training and enablement sessions to help customers get the most out of our tools
• Identify and resolve customer technical challenges, developing strategies to remove blockers to adoption
• Serve as the technical voice of the customer, coordinating with Sales, Product, Support, and Engineering to drive technical success
• Transfer knowledge effectively, helping customers become more self-sufficient while enabling support teams to serve them more effectively
• Apply your understanding of customer environments and use cases to influence product direction and roadmap
• Collaborate hands-on with Technical Support and Engineering teams when deeper troubleshooting is required
• Continuously expand your expertise in Conduktor products, Apache Kafka, and the data streaming ecosystem to strengthen outcomes for both customers and internal teams

Product Marketing

• Conduktor builds tools that truly unleash the power of Apache Kafka, helping developers harness real-time data
• Shape the company's market perception and image among customers and industry analysts
• Drive thought leadership, customer advocacy, and external storytelling to amplify market position
• Work closely with Product Managers, Customer Success, and Sales to define and communicate value to the market
• Lead market positioning and category definition efforts, ensuring consistent, differentiated messaging across channels
• Build strong relationships with industry analysts and drive coverage in key reports and publications
• Develop and amplify customer stories, case studies, and advocacy programs to support enterprise sales and market credibility
• Drive thought leadership content strategy (whitepapers, benchmarks, point-of-view content) that influences industry conversations
• Partner with Field Marketing to craft compelling narratives for campaigns, events, webinars, and ecosystem partnerships
• Act as the external voice of the customer, feeding insights back into Product and Sales for roadmap and GTM alignment
