About the role
- This position will take responsibility for managing the following:
- Contract Compliance
- Quality Assurance
- SLA monitoring and reporting
- SOC Audit management
- Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning and Training
- Lead daily operational activities across departments, including people management, workflow coordination, and operational execution.
- Drive performance against service level agreements (SLAs) and key business metrics in support of overall business unit objectives.
- Ensure all business units operate in their areas in accordance with contract requirements.
- Work with departments on corrective action and solution planning when there is a compliance or an SLA miss.
- Work closely with the MMIS systems team to ensure adherence to contract requirements.
- Manage annual SOC audits and Medicaid Waiver Financial Management reviews.
- Manage, coach, and develop employee teams to improve performance, engagement, and retention.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans (PIPs), conflict resolution, and employee terminations, in accordance with company policy and applicable regulations.
- Address employee relations matters proactively and identify training and development opportunities.
- Prepare, analyze, and present performance reports, metrics, and KPIs to support operational and business decisions.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and enhance service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with all organizational policies, procedures, quality standards, and security requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum of three (3) years of management experience in an operational or delivery-driven environment
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
- Knowledge of Medicaid programs
- Familiarity with government contracts
- Ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities, and exercise sound judgment
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, and SharePoint
