About the role

  • This position will take responsibility for managing the following:
  • Contract Compliance
  • Quality Assurance
  • SLA monitoring and reporting
  • SOC Audit management
  • Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning and Training
  • Lead daily operational activities across departments, including people management, workflow coordination, and operational execution.
  • Drive performance against service level agreements (SLAs) and key business metrics in support of overall business unit objectives.
  • Ensure all business units operate in their areas in accordance with contract requirements.
  • Work with departments on corrective action and solution planning when there is a compliance or an SLA miss.
  • Work closely with the MMIS systems team to ensure adherence to contract requirements.
  • Manage annual SOC audits and Medicaid Waiver Financial Management reviews.
  • Manage, coach, and develop employee teams to improve performance, engagement, and retention.
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans (PIPs), conflict resolution, and employee terminations, in accordance with company policy and applicable regulations.
  • Address employee relations matters proactively and identify training and development opportunities.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present performance reports, metrics, and KPIs to support operational and business decisions.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and enhance service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with all organizational policies, procedures, quality standards, and security requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three (3) years of management experience in an operational or delivery-driven environment
  • Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Knowledge of Medicaid programs
  • Familiarity with government contracts
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities, and exercise sound judgment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, and SharePoint
