About the role

  • After comprehensive onboarding, you will be the point of contact for Vodafone customers in Thessaloniki — by phone and email, working as a Call Center Agent or Customer Service Representative.
  • You will provide knowledgeable advice on internet, phone, and TV services and assist with contract sign-ups and renewals.
  • Maintain customer data in our system — accurately and efficiently.
  • You ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to a strong team spirit.

Requirements

  • Some experience as a Call Center Agent or Customer Service Representative, or willingness to join as a career changer.
  • Good PC skills and technical aptitude.
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of advising customers.
  • Sales affinity and good written and spoken German.
  • Team-oriented and reliable.
