About the role
- Lead cross-functional, global teams to achieve positive outcomes for clients.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and deliver complex projects and/or programs.
- Communicate project scope, goals, and responsibilities to project teams.
- Establish clear stakeholder expectations.
- Monitor performance in project and program control activities.
- Identify project risks and develop solid mitigation plans.
- Engage with senior business and technology leaders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent work experience.
- 8+ years of IT project and/or program management experience
- Direct experience with waterfall and agile project management processes and methodologies
- Stakeholder management
- Advanced experience with project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, MS Project Online, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, Power BI)
