About the role
- Being the first point of contact for HR-related queries
- Administering documentation (personal files, contracts of employment, etc.)
- Maintaining records and compile reports concerning personnel-related data (e.g. starters & leavers, headcount, absenteeism, vacations, etc.)
- Supporting HR Manager in Corporate and Divisional processes, projects and procedures
- Managing and monitoring the process of onboarding and offboarding employees
- Preparing reports and analysis according to the procedures
- Ensuring the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
Requirements
- At least 1 year of HR administration experience, ideally in an international environment
- Very good knowledge of English and Polish language (written and spoken)
- Practical knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Ability to work in hybrid model (2-3 days in a week from the office)
- Highly organized, with attention to fine details
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good at analyzing and making inferences
- Ability to work with a degree of autonomy and to manage multiple priorities
- High level of confidentiality
