About the role

  • Being the first point of contact for HR-related queries
  • Administering documentation (personal files, contracts of employment, etc.)
  • Maintaining records and compile reports concerning personnel-related data (e.g. starters & leavers, headcount, absenteeism, vacations, etc.)
  • Supporting HR Manager in Corporate and Divisional processes, projects and procedures
  • Managing and monitoring the process of onboarding and offboarding employees
  • Preparing reports and analysis according to the procedures
  • Ensuring the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of HR administration experience, ideally in an international environment
  • Very good knowledge of English and Polish language (written and spoken)
  • Practical knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Ability to work in hybrid model (2-3 days in a week from the office)
  • Highly organized, with attention to fine details
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good at analyzing and making inferences
  • Ability to work with a degree of autonomy and to manage multiple priorities
  • High level of confidentiality
