About the role

  • Lead end-to-end implementation and onboarding of new commercial clients, from contract signature through steady-state operations.
  • Oversee project management, implementation planning, and execution to ensure timelines, scope, and quality standards are met.
  • Partner closely with Commercial, Operations, IT, and Product teams to translate client requirements into executable implementation plans.
  • Manage and develop a team of implementation leaders and project managers, establishing repeatable playbooks and best practices.
  • Identify and mitigate implementation risks, proactively addressing dependencies, resourcing, and client expectations.
  • Drive continuous improvement in onboarding efficiency, client experience, and operational readiness.
  • Serve as an escalation point for implementation-related issues and ensure strong client communication throughout the onboarding lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in implementation, program management, or client onboarding leadership roles, preferably within BPO, CX, or services-based organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-workstream client implementations in a commercial environment.
  • Strong understanding of implementation governance, cross-functional delivery, and change management.
  • Proven people leader with experience building and scaling teams.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
