About the role

  • Supports the Senior Project Manager with delivery of complex projects
  • Ensures strict adherence to project schedules, escalating any schedule deviations appropriately
  • Organizes project activities that may require interdepartmental meetings and communication
  • Coordinates priorities between projects using critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Communicates project scope, goals and responsibilities to project teams
  • Adheres to established reporting procedures and monitors performance in project control activities
  • Completes and distributes reports related to project health and status, risks, issues, dependencies, and overall performance

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or higher, or equivalent work experience
  • 1-2+ years of related experience with coordinating projects
  • Project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, MS Project Online, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, Power BI)
  • Some experience with waterfall and agile project management processes and methodologies
  • Progress toward PMP certification is a plus.
