About the role
- Provide executive leadership for enterprise transformation initiatives, including large, complex, cross-functional programs that span multiple business units and geographies.
- Translate organizational strategy into clear transformation and innovation objectives, metrics, and initiatives.
- Establish strategic priorities, conduct enterprise assessments, and recommend actions, improvements, and cost-savings opportunities; ensure effective execution of approved initiatives.
- Drive the global execution of the company’s innovation program, supporting the shift toward a more tech-enabled, product-driven operating model.
- Design and lead tiered program governance frameworks to ensure transparency, accountability, and disciplined execution.
- Oversee program, operational, and financial performance, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives.
- Make final decisions on administrative and operational matters related to transformation and innovation delivery.
- Manage organizational priorities to ensure resources and investments are aligned with strategic goals.
- Serve as a trusted transformation coach, mentor, and role model to leaders, managers, and analysts across the organization.
- Lead senior executive stakeholder engagement, including expectation-setting, reporting, and communication that requires significant discovery, analysis, and synthesis.
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders across the business, gaining alignment and buy-in to successfully advance transformation initiatives.
- Identify resistance to change and proactively develop strategies to build consensus and momentum.
- Build, lead, and develop a global team of program management, solutions architecture, and product/technology professionals.
- Foster and sustain a continuous improvement culture at all levels of the organization.
- Enable collaboration across delivery, technology, product, and commercial teams to drive innovation at scale.
- Serve as a visible champion for modern delivery practices, innovation, and operational excellence.
- Stay current on process, technology, and transformation trends, as well as leading practices across relevant industries.
- Leverage external insights and ecosystem partnerships to inform innovation strategy and execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) strongly preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise transformation, innovation, program leadership, or operational strategy roles within complex, matrixed organizations.
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale, multi-year transformation and innovation programs across multiple functions and geographies.
- Proven ability to translate enterprise strategy into executable objectives, metrics, and initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Deep experience establishing and operating enterprise-level program governance, portfolio management, and executive reporting frameworks.
- Strong understanding of technology-enabled transformation, including modern delivery models, product roadmaps, digital platforms, and ecosystem partnerships.
- Experience building, scaling, and leading large, multidisciplinary teams (program management, solutions architecture, product, and technology).
- Track record of driving financial performance, cost optimization, and value realization through transformation initiatives.
- Exceptional executive presence with the ability to influence, coach, and gain alignment from senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Proven change leadership skills, including identifying resistance and successfully driving adoption across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Experience fostering a continuous improvement culture and embedding operational excellence at scale.
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments with competing priorities and ambiguity.
- Exposure to regulated industries and/or public sector environments is a strong plus.
- Ability to travel as needed.
