About the role
- Manages the software development function
- Develops and implement business plans, policies, and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to prioritize software development needs including design, development, and documenting and testing new and existing software
- Evaluates results within work area to determine if organizational objectives are being met
- Analyzes and resolves software development issues and needs in terms of the software's full life cycle
- Lead a team of engineers and accountable for all production support activities for Payment Integrity
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in IT
- Experience managing software development function and leading engineering teams
- Experience with production support activities for Payment Integrity
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle, design, development, documentation, and testing
- Technology stack: .Net, SQL Server, Windows Server, Linux
- Ability to develop and implement business plans, policies, and procedures
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional departments to prioritize development needs
