About the role

  • Daily maintenance and continuous improvement of the sales onboarding program and SalesHub which run on Knowledge Connection (Conduent's proprietary LMS)
  • Maintain a complete catalog of the learning materials on SalesHub
  • Solicit feedback from Sales & Account Management Leadership semi-annually to evolve curriculum material
  • Proactively gather new training materials from solution leaders, marketing managers and SMEs on a quarterly basis
  • Schedule, host and follow-up on new joiner onboarding for Sales Execs, Account Managers, Client Partners and General Managers
  • Maintain reports for tracking onboarding, learner engagement, and completion rates
  • Manage multiple training support mailboxes efficiently and effectively
  • Design and/or curate eLearning modules, videos, quick guides, job aids, and other instructional materials for onboarding and continuous training including materials from 3rd party vendor partners
  • Manage learner registration and progress tracking across various learning paths
  • Build and edit SalesHub pages, utilizing basic HTML and web editing tools to structure and format content ensuring ease of navigation and accessibility
  • Consolidate Conduent’s external content Sharepoint hub (SalesToolCentral) into SalesHub
  • Monitor external trends in learning and sales enablement and integrate insights to enhance internal processes
  • Act as lead Admin for LinkedIn Sales Navigator including management of license roster and communications
  • Maintenance of Client Engagement Playbook including development of a Quarterly Business Review template (specific for Commercial Solutions Business)
  • Coordinate weekly PODcast agenda including prep meeting scheduling, call recording and post call wrap-up

Requirements

  • 2+ years creating eLearning content and managing LMS platforms
  • 2+ years in sales operations, learning operations, or sales enablement
  • 2+ years managing onboarding programs or similar large-scale learning initiatives
  • Experience as a liaison between internal business units and external vendors
  • Experience with SFDC or a similar Client Relationship Management (CRM) platform
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator preferred
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to independently manage tasks, timelines, and priorities keeping line management proactively informed
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability
  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on team success and stakeholder alignment
  • Strong analytical thinking and adaptability in learning new tools or methodologies
  • Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and measurement
  • Power user of all MS Office Suite products especially Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Teams
  • Bachelors of Sciences or Business Administration required with preferred areas of focus on Learning & Development, Human Resources, Operations or Project Management
