About the role
- Prospecting and qualifying leads through multiple outreach channels (calls, emails, SMS).
- Conducting cold outreach to U.S.-based SMBs and founders to generate new business.
- Booking qualified appointments and managing a structured sales pipeline.
- Closing short-cycle website and e-commerce deals (ranging from 15 minutes to 1 week).
- Passing larger software or SaaS opportunities to senior management or founders.
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and following disciplined outreach and follow-up processes.
- Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience selling websites, digital marketing, or IT services to U.S. clients.
- Strong communication skills with clear, neutral English; ability to deliver consultative sales conversations.
- Persuasive, proactive, and resilient mindset — motivated by targets and commissions.
- Familiarity with CRM and outreach tools; ability to manage leads effectively.
- Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus.
- Preference for candidates based in Latin America or experienced in U.S. market sales.
