Requirements
- A track record of delivering complex, multi-team projects
- Strong experience across the stack
- Deep experience with TypeScript/React or similar frontend technologies
- Strong systems thinking
- Demonstrated technical leadership
- High agency
- Experience with AI-assisted development (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or similar)
- Clear, persuasive communication
- Ego in check
- Experience building AI-native products
- Background in data visualization, dashboards, or analytics products
- Experience with identity and access management systems
- Experience building multi-tenant SaaS platforms with enterprise security requirements
- Contributions to open source projects or engineering communities
