Software Engineer – Integration Platform

Systems Engineer

• Own the IT stack end-to-end: Manage and optimize our SaaS ecosystem (Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Zoom, Jira/Linear, GitHub, etc.), endpoint fleet (macOS-primary), and networking/security infrastructure.
• Be the fixer: Triage and resolve any and all workplace technology problems—from access issues and hardware failures to complex integration bugs. No problem is beneath you, and no problem is too hard.
• Automate relentlessly: Build scripts, workflows, and integrations that eliminate manual toil. Leverage AI tools and LLMs to streamline IT operations, ticket triage, onboarding/offboarding, and day-to-day support.
• Drive AI adoption internally: Evaluate, pilot, and roll out AI-powered tools to boost productivity across the company. Be a champion for responsible AI use and help shape our internal AI policies and best practices.
• Manage identity and access: Administer identity providers, SSO, MFA, and access governance—and yes, dogfood ConductorOne’s own platform to manage access across our environment.
• Scale for growth: Design and implement IT processes, policies, and infrastructure that scale as the company grows from ~100 employees and beyond.
• Secure our environment: Partner with the security team to harden endpoints, enforce compliance policies, manage MDM, respond to security events, and maintain a strong security posture.
• Support onboarding and offboarding: Ensure every new hire has a seamless day-one experience and every departure is handled securely and completely.
• Vendor management: Evaluate, negotiate, and manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers.

Security Engineer

• Build, mentor, and develop a team of security engineers focused on product security, infrastructure security, and security operations
• Develop and implement a comprehensive security engineering roadmap aligned with company objectives and customer commitments

• Go-to-Market Launches: Lead partner centric product launches and solution announcements – coordinating messaging, timing, and promotional activities across internal and external partner networks
• Content Creation: Create compelling partner-focused content (case studies, white papers, blog posts, webinars, solution guides) that showcase joint value propositions and demonstrate how ConductorOne enables secure AI adoption at scale
• Field-Partner Integration: Collaborate with field marketing to integrate partners into regional campaigns, account-based marketing initiatives, and customer events—creating a multiplier effect for our go-to-market efforts
• Campaign Development: Design and execute co-marketing campaigns with strategic partners that demonstrate how ConductorOne + partner solutions address the identity challenges created by AI, cloud-native architectures, and non-human identities
• Event Management: Support partner participation in industry events, co-hosted webinars, roadshows, and partner advisory councils; coordinate with field marketing on regional partner activations
• Partner Enablement: Support the development of comprehensive partner marketing toolkits—including pitch decks, battle cards, solution briefs, demo scripts, and co-branded collateral—that help partners position AI-native identity management and the shift from legacy IAM to autonomous access control
• Performance Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on partner marketing program effectiveness, pipeline influence, and ROI to continuously optimize efforts

Partner Marketing Manager

• Own and orchestrate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles — from strategic account planning and executive alignment through evaluations, RFPs, negotiation, and close.
• Develop tailored, high-impact value narratives that map ConductorOne’s platform to each customer’s security, identity, and IT transformation priorities.
• Build and deepen executive-level relationships across business, security, and technical organizations to drive long-term partnership and expansion.
• Lead rigorous account discovery and strategy, understanding each customer’s operating model, risk posture, and roadmap to position ConductorOne as an indispensable strategic partner.
• Drive partner-led growth by co-selling with key VARs and strategic channel partners to expand reach, accelerate velocity, and influence large, complex opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to shape deal strategy, advance evaluations, and ensure customer outcomes.
