About the role
- Design, deploy, and configure Splunk ITSI solutions for enterprise clients
- Develop service hierarchies, KPIs, glass tables, and episode review configurations
- Implement entity modeling and service templates aligned with business services
- Integrate Splunk ITSI with infrastructure, application, and cloud monitoring tools
- Build correlation searches, threshold policies, and adaptive thresholding models
- Optimize ITSI performance and scalability
- Lead client workshops to define observability strategy and service modeling frameworks
- Develop documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational runbooks
- Provide mentorship to junior engineers and client teams
- Support pre-sales activities, including solution design and technical presentations
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Splunk Enterprise
- 2+ years of experience implementing Splunk ITSI in production environments
- Strong knowledge of IT operations and ITIL frameworks
- Proficiency with SPL (Search Processing Language)
- Experience with event correlation and alert tuning
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
