About the role
- Conduct regular cybersecurity assessments of Industrial Control System environments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation strategies
- Assess compliance against NIST, DoD, USMC and other security requirements
- Implement low-cost cybersecurity best practices
- Conduct assessment activities utilizing tools like ACAS, Tanium, Forescout
- Generate and disseminate after action reports detailing all findings and recommendations
- Provide training on cybersecurity tools and assessment procedures
- Collaborate with CSWFs to enhance cybersecurity knowledge
- Drive continuous improvement through evaluation and adoption of new technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or IT related field
- 6-8 years of directly related experience with at least 5 years of experience performing Cyber assessments
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in defensive cybersecurity operations
- Knowledge of DOD security controls including DISA STIG and RMF
- Familiarity with Marine Corps and DISA cybersecurity policies
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Experience with specific ICS/SCADA security tools
- Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret security clearance
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Common Access Card (CAC)
