About the role

  • Maintain the integrity of electronic custodial and collateral management systems by accurately entering, updating, and releasing collateral records in accordance with established policies and controls
  • Process electronic fundings, releases, and collateral substitutions, ensuring all required documentation is properly uploaded, indexed, and retained within approved systems
  • Manage digital collateral files, ensuring documents are accurately classified, searchable, and stored in compliance with retention and audit requirements
  • Review electronic collateral documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance prior to approval or release
  • Perform ongoing quality control and reconciliation activities to identify and resolve data discrepancies within electronic systems
  • Ensure all assigned tasks are completed within established departmental deadlines and service-level agreements
  • Respond to research and information requests from clients, lenders, auditors, and internal stakeholders within required timeframesSupport internal and external audits by providing electronic documentation, reports, and system evidence as requested.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to electronic collateral workflows, system enhancements, and process automation
  • Perform additional operational and administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary coursework in business, finance, or information systems preferred
  • Minimum of one (1) year of customer service or operations experience; experience in electronic collateral management, financial services, title, escrow, or loan servicing preferred
  • Demonstrated proficiency in electronic document management systems and custodial platforms
  • Strong data entry and validation skills, including 10-key proficiency with the ability to meet established productivity and accuracy standards
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data review and reconciliation functions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a high-volume, electronic processing environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders
  • Willingness to work overtime as business needs require
