About the role

  • - Manage and execute all company communication requests via a centralized process.
  • - Support setup, testing, and deployment of communication templates.
  • - Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to define project requirements and timelines.
  • - Manage incoming communication requests using JIRA.
  • - Support monthly reporting and documentation of communication activities.
  • - Assist in reviewing vendor invoices and maintaining billing records.
  • - Execute and monitor Solutions by Text (SBT) campaigns.
  • - Manage workflows within vendor platforms, including HTML-based systems.
  • - Assist in integrating new businesses into existing communication processes.
  • - Participate in initiatives to improve processes and client experience.

Requirements

  • - **Experience:** 2+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, digital communications, or a similar role.
  • - **Technical Skills:** Proficiency with JIRA or other ticketing/project management systems. Comfort working with vendor UIs and basic understanding of HTML is a plus.
  • - **Communication Skills:** Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred.
  • - **Project Management**: Strong ability to manage multiple competing priorities, deliver to tight deadlines, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • - **Detail Orientation**: High attention to detail and data accuracy, especially when managing templates, campaigns, and reporting.
  • - **Collaboration:** Proven ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
