About the role
- Supervise home health services to ensure patients receive high-quality care as prescribed by physicians
- Review clinical documentation to ensure compliance with Medicare, Federal, Insurance, and Company guidelines
- Follow and enforce Agency policies and procedures to set a strong example for the team
- Maintain compliance with accepted professional standards, principles, and Standard Operating Procedures
- Stay up to date on all relevant guidelines, policies, and protocols to support quality care
Requirements
- Unencumbered Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license (required)
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation (required)
- Minimum of two (2) years RN experience in acute care, med/surg, ICU, or ER settings (preferred)
- At least one (1) year of skilled home health experience with demonstrated proficiency in Medicare OASIS documentation (required)
- Strong knowledge of home health regulations, clinical compliance, and quality standards
- Willingness to travel locally as needed to support clinical operations
