About the role

  • You take full ownership of strategic accounts in the DACH region — from the first touchpoint through long-term expansion of the partnership.
  • You independently manage the entire sales cycle: Own the deal — from lead generation and pre-qualification through discovery, negotiation and closing to renewals.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve and exceed your revenue targets.
  • Initiate and execute go-to-market campaigns and programs that successfully position our solutions in the market.
  • Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to analyze complex customer requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers — particularly at the C-level.
  • Deliver persuasive presentations and product demos at the executive level.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing structures with a clear focus on sustainable, profitable deals.
  • Structured pipeline management and forecasting in the CRM.
  • Represent our company on-site at customer locations, at trade shows, industry events and in digital formats.

Requirements

  • Several years of full-cycle sales experience — ideally in a fast-growing software or SaaS environment
  • Solid SaaS experience in the DACH market
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding ambitious revenue targets
  • Extensive field sales experience selling complex enterprise solutions, particularly in the public sector or large organizations
  • Confidence selling at the C-level and managing multiple stakeholders across functions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
  • Builder mentality: you want to create and build, not just manage
  • High self-motivation and the ability to manage projects and priorities independently
  • Solution-oriented thinking — even in complex or ambiguous situations
  • Experience in quarterly planning, forecasting, and structured new-logo acquisition
  • Willingness to travel (e.g., to customers or trade shows)
