About the role
- You take full ownership of strategic accounts in the DACH region — from the first touchpoint through long-term expansion of the partnership.
- You independently manage the entire sales cycle: Own the deal — from lead generation and pre-qualification through discovery, negotiation and closing to renewals.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve and exceed your revenue targets.
- Initiate and execute go-to-market campaigns and programs that successfully position our solutions in the market.
- Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to analyze complex customer requirements.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers — particularly at the C-level.
- Deliver persuasive presentations and product demos at the executive level.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing structures with a clear focus on sustainable, profitable deals.
- Structured pipeline management and forecasting in the CRM.
- Represent our company on-site at customer locations, at trade shows, industry events and in digital formats.
Requirements
- Several years of full-cycle sales experience — ideally in a fast-growing software or SaaS environment
- Solid SaaS experience in the DACH market
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding ambitious revenue targets
- Extensive field sales experience selling complex enterprise solutions, particularly in the public sector or large organizations
- Confidence selling at the C-level and managing multiple stakeholders across functions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
- Builder mentality: you want to create and build, not just manage
- High self-motivation and the ability to manage projects and priorities independently
- Solution-oriented thinking — even in complex or ambiguous situations
- Experience in quarterly planning, forecasting, and structured new-logo acquisition
- Willingness to travel (e.g., to customers or trade shows)
