About the role
- Spearhead solutions, boost sales, support account management, provide expert consulting, and oversee operational dimensions for iX Suite
- Drive overall account growth through business development and thought leadership
- Partner with Sales Account Executives to understand client AI needs and create tailored solutions
- Manage engagement risk and project economics including planning, budgeting, and defining deliverable content
- Ensure buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client
- Responsible for the profitability and revenue expectations of all iX Suite offerings
- Identify opportunities for growth and maturation of iX Suite offerings
- Empower business growth through strategic insights, cutting-edge tools, and expert knowledge to secure client engagements
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years selling AI and/or AgenticAI solutions
- Minimum of 5 years shaping, solutioning, and negotiating large, complex, creative, and innovative deals
- Experience scaling enterprise clients with AI technology, preferably in a BPO environment
- Functional understanding and experience selling AI solutions
- Expert business development skills
- Expert business knowledge with invoicing, SOWs, margins, and utilization
- Deep knowledge of the AI ecosystem
- Experience with senior executive client relationship building and management
- Experience collaborating with and supporting sales teams of new logo sellers and account managers
- Demonstrated history of success in prospecting new business opportunities and executing sales strategies to consistently surpass sales targets
