About the role

  • Provide inbound customer support using a call-flow guide in the customer’s preferred language
  • Help customers resolve basic technical issues
  • Follow up, document, and retrieve information in databases
  • Offer additional products and/or services
  • Deliver an expert customer experience… with a smile.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both French and English (CEFR C1 level or higher preferred)
  • At least one year of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • A quiet, distraction-free environment for working from home
  • Ability to multitask quickly
  • Willingness to learn new technologies
  • Excellent computer navigation skills and general computer proficiency
  • A desktop or laptop computer to complete computer and internet tests; a work device may be provided depending on the role but is not guaranteed (to be discussed with a recruiter)
  • High-speed internet (no reliance on public Wi‑Fi, mobile hotspots, or satellite connections) and a smartphone
