Serve as a strategic technical leader responsible for architecting and advancing the data landscape that supports Sales and Trade.
Design and direct end-to-end data architecture for Sales and Trade.
Develop and improve SAP and Palantir data models.
Lead integration efforts across SAP, Palantir, Databricks, Informatica IICS, Mulesoft, Power BI, and APIs.
Mentor Systems Analysts and Engineers in developing and enhancing data pipelines.
Promote automated data validation and monitoring practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver innovative solutions.
Establish and maintain data governance, security, and compliance standards.
Present solution options to business partners and recommend technology strategies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Architecture, or related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
Seven or more years of experience in IT architecture or systems supporting Sales and Trade.
Leadership experience across SAP S4/HANA, BW/HANA, Trade Promotion Management, and similar platforms.
Proficiency in SQL and Python or PySpark for data transformation.
Experience with Databricks, Informatica IICS, Mulesoft, Power BI, and API integrations.
Experience designing and improving ontology models and ETL processes.
Familiarity with Circana data models is preferred.
