About the role

  • Provide HR partnership and support onsite at our Denver, Colorado manufacturing plant.
  • Manage day‑to‑day HR operations, including onboarding and offboarding flow, responding to employee questions and concerns, tracking attendance and leave, administering FMLA and Colorado Family Leave benefits, and coordinating payroll submissions.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to plant leadership on HR programs and employee matters.
  • Support employee relations practices including leading the full lifecycle of employee relations investigations from intake through resolution.
  • Manage HR program administration and ensure compliance with EEO/AAP and related employment regulations.
  • Partner with HR centers of excellence and cross‑functional teams including Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, Legal, and Talent Acquisition.
  • Conduct analysis and provide insights that support organizational decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 3+ years of professional Human Resources experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Experience with ERISA, EEOC, and DOL regulations.
  • Experience communicating with employees and leaders, building effective working relationships, and partnering with supervisors on day‑to‑day people practices, including collaboration with Talent Acquisition on staffing needs.
  • Experience with FMLA, Colorado’s Family and Medical Leave Insurance (FAMLI), and Colorado employment laws, along with benefits and compensation administration, market pricing, labor law, and organizational development.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, UKG or similar systems, and HRIS platforms.
  • Experience or desire to manage conflict and mediation needs in a dynamic environment while developing consulting relationships and influencing leaders through partnership and coaching.
