About the role
- Prepare, review, and administer contracts, amendments, and related documents.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies, applicable laws, and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to negotiate terms and conditions.
- Serve as a point of contact for contract-related inquiries.
- Monitor contract performance and identify potential risks or issues.
- Maintain organized records of contracts and related correspondence.
- Recommend and implement improvements to contract administration processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field or 5 years relevant experience
- 3–5 years of experience in contract administration or related field.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
