Deliver multiple software upgrade assistance and implementations via consulting activities
Be the trusted advisor to clients on system configuration and implementation
Communicate with the customer to determine needs and contribute solution design
Assist with project issues and help coordinate activities
Provide ongoing client support and troubleshooting for application questions
Provide on-site training and consulting for clients if necessary

Requirements

CPA or CMA preferred
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a manufacturing accounting position or financial consulting for an ERP software
Strong knowledge in supply chain / distribution desirable
Proven success in ERP software project implementation and deployment across multi-business verticals
High level (Intermediate) of proficiency in MS Office and SharePoint
Experience (Intermediate) with ERP solutions such as Infor Visual, Syteline, Epicor, Great Plains etc.
