About the role

  • Evaluate quality of work across operational units; this includes calls, correspondence, and transactions.
  • Coach for quality improvement and support performance of colleagues.
  • Collaborate across teams for continuous improvement and project activities.
  • Develop job aids and tools to improve quality of interactions.
  • Summarize findings and provide coaching and advice based on evaluations.
  • Work with Team Leaders to support improvement plans.

Requirements

  • Speak fluent German and English.
  • Assess the quality of a wide range of customer enquiries/updates.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of processes and systems across all product lines.
  • Evaluate, record & assess quality and performance during calls and correspondence/transactions.
  • Provide coaching, advice, and guidance based on audit findings.
  • Support staff to achieve improved results, providing intervention when necessary.
  • Work within Data Protection guidelines to ensure customer data is protected.
  • Act on ad-hoc requests from Quality Manager or relevant Contact Centre Manager.
