About the role
- Evaluate quality of work across operational units; this includes calls, correspondence, and transactions.
- Coach for quality improvement and support performance of colleagues.
- Collaborate across teams for continuous improvement and project activities.
- Develop job aids and tools to improve quality of interactions.
- Summarize findings and provide coaching and advice based on evaluations.
- Work with Team Leaders to support improvement plans.
Requirements
- Speak fluent German and English.
- Assess the quality of a wide range of customer enquiries/updates.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of processes and systems across all product lines.
- Evaluate, record & assess quality and performance during calls and correspondence/transactions.
- Provide coaching, advice, and guidance based on audit findings.
- Support staff to achieve improved results, providing intervention when necessary.
- Work within Data Protection guidelines to ensure customer data is protected.
- Act on ad-hoc requests from Quality Manager or relevant Contact Centre Manager.
