Ensure seamless operation, deployment, and continuous improvement of on-premises and cloud platforms
Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to drive automation, standardization, and innovation
Maintain high service availability, support internal projects, and deliver scalable solutions
Identify and implement process improvements, contribute to strategic initiatives, and advance technical expertise

Requirements

2+ years' experience working as a Platform Support Engineer or similar role
Proven ability to troubleshoot and proactively find solutions
Experience with Windows Server, Cloud Platforms (preferably Azure), and Scripting (ideally PowerShell)
Experience with the Microsoft .NET Stack, NLB Concepts, preferably Citrix ADC (NetScaler), CI/CD Tooling, and Kubernetes
Bonus points: Experience with ADO, Docker, and/or Terraform; Strong proficiency with Automation Concepts and Tooling
