About the role

  • Provide operational leadership and program management oversight for IT infrastructure operations.
  • Assist the Program Manager in the overall management and administration of the contract.
  • Ensure reliable, secure, and efficient IT infrastructure services.
  • Oversee technical teams, manage operational processes, and coordinate program activities.
  • Ensure performance requirements, schedules, and service levels are met.
  • Support the Program Manager in interactions with Government representatives and stakeholders.
  • Assume Program Manager responsibilities in the PM’s absence.

Requirements

  • B.S. in Computer Science, Information Technology Management, or Engineering.
  • Minimum of 7 years supervising technical teams in maintaining IT infrastructure.
  • Proven experience in establishing operational objectives and delegating assignments.
  • In-depth experience in analyzing complex problems and developing strategic solutions.
  • Proficiency in IT infrastructure management tools and software.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written, especially with government representatives.
  • Relevant IT certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISSP) are preferred.
  • Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
