About the role
- You are the first point of contact for customer inquiries related to quote preparation and/or order processing.
- You communicate with and support our business partners across all channels.
- You act as the link between Sales, technical experts, our internal interfaces, and suppliers and manufacturers, including in an international context.
- As a complementary responsibility, you also manage master data maintenance and other general tasks related to dedicated customer support.
Requirements
- Commercial vocational training or an equivalent qualification, plus professional experience in inside sales/sales support
- Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills
- Enjoy working with people and strong teamwork skills
- Very good German skills and good English skills, both spoken and written
