About the role
- Provide administrative support - prepare, schedule, facilitate and minute (virtual) governance forums based on requests from opportunity owners across the business made via the central CRM platform
- Work to measurable KPIs and reporting information to drive out data, process deficiencies and non-compliance
- Help develop and deliver training and guidance for business users in support of more general sales training programmes
- Be involved in internal change project work to maintain and improvement our globally consistent approach
- Proactively seek support from colleagues, managers and other key stakeholders to enable solution-focussed and timely decisions
- Review and compile documentation, often of a sensitive nature
- Manage competing priorities
- Full ownership of tasks including invitation creation, collateral checks, documentation review, decision/action recording and follow up
Requirements
- Good overall experience in an administrative or business support role
- Ability to identify recurring pain-points and the confidence to suggest fixes through an established change process
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 collaboration tools – Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint would be essential
- Working knowledge of a second language and/or appreciation of cultural differences in business practice
- Experience in decision-making forums or governance processes in a corporate environment with exposure to Legal, Commercial and/or Operational concepts.
