About the role

  • Prepare quotations and process orders for international customers
  • Ensure compliance with customer-specific SLAs and requirements
  • Ensure correct product selection based on discounts, pricing, availability, lead times, and inventory levels
  • Handle and resolve customer inquiries
  • Contribute to projects focused on continuous improvement and optimization of the customer experience

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or an equivalent qualification
  • Enthusiasm for working in an international environment
  • Familiarity with major IT vendors and their products
  • Experience in customer support, particularly in effectively and promptly handling customer escalations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
