About the role
- Prepare quotations and process orders for international customers
- Ensure compliance with customer-specific SLAs and requirements
- Ensure correct product selection based on discounts, pricing, availability, lead times, and inventory levels
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries
- Contribute to projects focused on continuous improvement and optimization of the customer experience
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or an equivalent qualification
- Enthusiasm for working in an international environment
- Familiarity with major IT vendors and their products
- Experience in customer support, particularly in effectively and promptly handling customer escalations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
