About the role

  • Responsibility for qualifying our Managed Print opportunities and for ongoing partner management.
  • Close collaboration with various divisions of the Computacenter group.
  • Support for sales opportunities in which partner services are a decisive success factor.
  • Liaison with internal teams and external partners.
  • Subject-matter expert for the growth of our global Managed Services.
  • Support for expanding strategic partnerships.
  • Close cooperation with the sales teams during the pre-sales phase of tenders.
  • Management of partner onboarding for new services.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with our Managed Service partners.
  • Driving partner compliance, governance and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing commercial and contractual partnerships, ideally in a global environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent English.
  • Comfortable working in a global, matrixed organization.
  • Ability to build and sustain trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial acumen and proven negotiation skills.
  • Customer-focused with a demonstrable track record of delivering high service quality.
  • Proactive, able to work independently and also well in a team.
  • Confident user of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
  • Occasional international travel may be required.
