About the role
- You are the central point of contact for internal and external service personnel and foster collaborative relationships at all levels.
- You are responsible for scheduling onsite teams and instructing all staff on customer-specific tasks and processes.
- You advise your client, manage complaints, and independently develop solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
- You complete your responsibilities by continuously managing the delivery networks.
Requirements
- Practical experience operating in a managed services environment
- Hands-on ITIL knowledge and experience using ITSM tools (ServiceNow)
- Completed vocational training or equivalent qualification
- Convincing communication skills in German and English
