About the role

  • You are the central point of contact for internal and external service personnel and foster collaborative relationships at all levels.
  • You are responsible for scheduling onsite teams and instructing all staff on customer-specific tasks and processes.
  • You advise your client, manage complaints, and independently develop solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
  • You complete your responsibilities by continuously managing the delivery networks.

Requirements

  • Practical experience operating in a managed services environment
  • Hands-on ITIL knowledge and experience using ITSM tools (ServiceNow)
  • Completed vocational training or equivalent qualification
  • Convincing communication skills in German and English
